Bella's 2!

Our life has been insane lately so yes I am over a week late!!!!

But I think I'm still in denial that my baby girl is 2!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOO

It happened way to fast.

2 years ago I gave birth to the most gorgeous little girl I had ever seen. It was a very painful and trying labor but in the end I literally laughed her right out!

And that's how I hope our lives will be. She will test me in ways I never could have imagined, she might even cause me pain, but in the end we will laugh about it.

She was born at 10:05am
weighing in at 7lbs 5oz and 20 inches long

She hasn't had her 2 year old appt yet but at her 18mon she was
2 feet 7 inches
and weighed 21 lbs 6oz!

She LOVES Baby dolls!
She has an obsession with shoes!
She is serious at meal times. The girl can eat!
She loves her brother
She loves to be outside
She is learning to ride her bike
She is interested in potty training but Mommy's not pushing it
She still sleeps with her silky (s).
Her favorite show is bubble guppies

Her favorite food pretzels!
She loves Minnie Mouse
She loves books
She loves to "paint" (color)
She is in her big girl class at church and doing great!

She does not like broccoli
Strangers
large crowds
nap time

I love her smile
her curls
how she opens her mouth as big at it will go when she's excited about something.
How she loves her baby dolls
That she asks me to "hold you"
Her real laugh and her fake one.
Her Independence (well sometimes, other times it makes me sad she doesn't need or want my help as much)
Her love for her daddy and brother
I love how polite she is. She hardly ever forgets to tell you thank you. For everything!
I love her balance of girly girl and tomboy
I love how she wants to do everything Blake does.

I love everything about her!

Happy Birthday princess.

Mommy loves you!

Quote of the day...lost baby!

Since Dustin is only home on the weekends right now my honey-dew list for him gets a lil long some days.

So as he was out back mowing the yard. I remembered another thing for him to-do!

Change Bella's baby swing to a big girl swing!

Last week they were fighting like "cats and dogs" over Blake's swing. So I thought wow I guess it's time!

So he took down her soft baby pink swing and put up the regular big kid swing.

As I watched her jump right on and Blake on his and Daddy pushing both of them, they looked HUGE!!!

So I make the remark...

Were did my babies go?

To which Bella replies....

Your baby lost! My baby right there.

As she points to her pink baby doll by the slide!

I guess she's a little right and it broke my heart.

I was so caught up in the moment I didn't think to get a picture. Sorry guys.

Embrace the camera before bed.

It's been awhile since I've blogged at all or embraced the camera.
My life has been going through lots and lots of changes and new adventures, adjustments, and just has felt unsettled for awhile. But I am praying things will get more routine and calm down a bit for us soon.

Anyways I just got home with my lovies after working tonight and I missed them so much and they were being so adorable I had to snap a couple pics of us together.

I know me going back to work part time is needed and makes their lives better in the long run. But boy is it hard to leave these cute faces at all! I miss them so much while I'm gone.

But God has a plan and I just keep reminding myself it's better than my plan.

Now it's your turn to embrace the camera! Ready, set, go!!
